SHIFT TIMING - 12NOON TO 9 PM

Key Responsibility -

- Accounting & bookkeeping: day-to-day records for overseas entities (UAE, Oman, KSA, Netherlands, Malaysia) – sales invoicing, purchase and expense booking, journals and general ledger.

*Accounts Payable & Receivable: vendor payouts, customer receipts mapped correctly to invoices, payment follow-ups and timely reconciliation of balances.

*Bank reconciliation: regular bank, cash and ledger reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

- Inter-company (InterCo): pass and reconcile inter-company entries accurately across group entities.

*GST & tax compliance: invoice verification, reconciliation and data preparation to support timely GST returns.

*MIS & reporting: periodic MIS, ageing reports, expense statements and reconciliations for management.





*Month-end & year-end closing: provisions, accruals, expense booking, ledger scrutiny and preparation of schedules.

*Audit support: coordinate with internal and statutory auditors with records, schedules and reconciliations.

*Systems & general support: maintain data in ERP / accounting software, keep filing and documentation in order, support financial controls and other assigned tasks.

*TDS & statutory compliance: TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, payment and return preparation, with supporting records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
