Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Maintain general ledgers, day-to-day vouchers, journal entries, and accurate financial records using double-entry accounting. [1, 2, 3]
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle vendor invoices, customer billing, collections, and expense reimbursements. [1, 2]
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations to resolve discrepancies. [1, 2]
- Statutory & Tax Compliance: Assist with GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other local regulatory or statutory requirements. [1, 2]
- Month-End & Year-End Support: Help prepare trial balances, basic financial statements, accruals, prepayments, and provisions for audit closure. [1, 2]
- Payroll & Cost Tracking: Support payroll processing and track department budgets and expenditures. [1, 2]
- Audit Assistance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing required documentation and ledger backups.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,



Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
- Experience: Typically 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting or finance.
- Technical Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, paired with robust Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data management).
- Core Competencies: Strong numerical and analytical ability, high attention to detail, strict data confidentiality, and good communication for cross-departmental collaboration. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
