Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Executive to manage the company’s accounting, finance, statutory compliance, payroll, banking and reporting functions. The candidate will also coordinate with auditors and support management with MIS and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, journal entries and reconciliations.

· Manage receivables, payables, banking and payment operations.

· Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, cash-flow reports and management schedules.

· Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and Income Tax compliances, as applicable.

· Manage monthly payroll and related statutory requirements.





· Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and other professional advisors.

· Support monthly and annual closure of books and finalisation of accounts.

· Maintain proper accounting, statutory and corporate records.

· Manage accounting and reporting through Zoho Books and MS Excel.

· Support management with budgeting, financial analysis and other finance-related requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

· B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

· 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

· Strong practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

· Valuable working knowledge of Zoho Books and MS Excel.

· Experience in payroll, audit coordination, banking and MIS preparation.

· Experience in professional services, consulting or financial advisory firms will be an advantage.
