Job Summary

E3 Group is looking for a skilled Accounts professional to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing and ledger entries.
- Manage accounts payable, receivables and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS, P&L;, balance sheet and other financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and consultants.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses,



receivables and payables.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements

- B.Com/M.Com; CA Inter/CA preferred for Accounts Head.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Good analytical, communication and team-management skills.
- Candidates with experience handling complete accounts independently will be preferred.
