We are seeking a highly experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our financial control and compliance operations. This role is the financial backbone of our FMCG export business, responsible for protecting profit margins, managing cash flow, and ensuring flawless tax and export compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Taxation & Compliance: Expert-level execution of GST filing, TDS, and ledger reconciliations. Must have flawless accuracy in handling foreign/export-related (forex) transactions, inward remittances, and bank set-offs.

Export Incentives: Take full ownership of claiming government export incentives, including RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, and IGST refund/LUT compliance.

Credit Control & AR: Act as the strict debt collector for international buyers, owning the Accounts Receivable aging calendar and escalating only severe commercial disputes to the Sales team.

Banking & Reconciliation: Manage e-BRC closure reconciliations with the bank.

Profitability Analysis: Generate monthly per-container profitability statements,



accounting for landed costs versus realization and forex gain/loss.

Maker-Checker Leadership: Review and audit the Junior Accountant’s daily data entry, client invoicing, and Statements of Account (SOA) to catch errors before they reach international clients.

Supplier Payments: Coordinate with the Purchase department to transparent supplier balance payments only after matching the Purchase Order, Vendor Tax Invoice, and Warehouse Goods Receipt Note (GRN).

Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of robust accounting experience, ideally in an export/trading environment.

Deep expertise in GST laws and foreign remittance accounting.

Highly organized, strict with financial compliance, and capable of holding other departments accountable to the company's financial SOPs.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
