We are a manufacturing unit based in Ecotech 3, Greater Noida, seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and finalisation of books. The role requires solid domain knowledge of manufacturing accounting, GST, TDS, and direct coordination with the statutory auditor.

#Responsibility

1. Recording and reviewing manufacturing entries raw material consumption, WIP, finished goods, job-work, stock transfers, production cost allocation
2. Maintaining inventory and costing records in coordination with the plant/stores team
3. Computation, payment, and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C), ITC reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs books), e-invoicing and e-way bills
4. TDS computation, monthly deposit,



quarterly return filing (24Q/26Q) and issuance of Form 16/16A
5. Bank reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation, ledger scrutiny
6. Finalisation of books — schedules, depreciation, provisions, prepaid/outstanding adjustments, P&L; and Balance Sheet preparation
7. End-to-end coordination with the Chartered Accountant for statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit; preparation of audit schedules and resolution of queries
8. MIS reporting to management (monthly P&L;, cash flow, cost reports)
