Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Core Financial Management & Accounting

- Bookkeeping: Oversee and maintain the end-to-end day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate ledger entry, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow).
- Reconciliation: Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and inter-company/branch accounts reconciliation.

1. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- GST Compliance: Accurately compute, file, and reconcile monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9). Handle input tax credit (ITC) reconciliations (GSTR-2B vs. Books).
- Direct Tax: Handle TDS and TCS computation, monthly deposit, and quarterly filing of TDS returns. Ensure compliance with advance tax calculations.
- Payroll & Statutory Dues: Supervise or execute the timely computation and deposit of Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Qualified Tax (PT).

1. Banking, Audits, & Budgeting

- Banking Operations: Manage cash flows, optimize working capital, coordinate with banks for letter of credit (LC), bank guarantees (BG),



and corporate loan compliances if required.
- Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal, statutory, and tax audits. Prepare required audit schedules and documentation.
- Costing & Budgeting: Assist management in cost control, budget variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master’s degree (M.Com), Inter-CA, or MBA in Finance.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP 9 or mainstream ERP systems (like SAP, Zoho Books, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Ms Office: Advanced expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, financial modeling).
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act regulations, and current direct/indirect tax laws.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
