Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with real estate industry experience to manage financial accounts, taxation, and project billing in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting, ledger maintenance, vendor payments, and client billing.

- Prepare GST returns, TDS compliance, RERA account audits, and Income Tax filings.

- Maintain cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.

- Coordinate with internal site teams and external auditors for real estate project accounts.

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA.

- 3–6 years of core accounting experience in real estate / construction.

- Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST portals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
