Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle billing, and support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain bank, cash, and ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Handle GST-related documentation and support GST return preparation.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, and other financial records.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, dispatch,



and management teams.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, billing, and bank reconciliation.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Valuable communication and time-management skills.

Educational Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant accounting certifications will be preferred.

Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates with knowledge of accounting, billing, GST, and Tally will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
