About the Role

Hatch Group is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, inventory, and financial records. Candidates with experience in interior design, construction, or project-based companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial records.
2. Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, vendor payments, and client outstanding payments.
3. Maintain project-wise expenses, material costs, inventory, and contractor payments.
4. Process monthly employee salaries, prepare payslips, and maintain payroll records.
5. Calculate attendance-based salaries, leaves, and applicable deductions.
6.



Prepare monthly MIS reports and coordinate with management for financial updates.

Requirements
- B.Com or a relevant qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Practical experience in payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Knowledge of raw material-to-finished goods accounting, inventory valuation, material consumption entries, and stock adjustments in Tally Prime.
- Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
