Role & responsibilities
Daily sales reconciliation between PetPooja and cash, card, UPI and aggregator settlements (Swiggy / Zomato) • Post all entries in Tally: sales, purchases, expenses, journal and bank entries • Track food cost, wastage and stock variance against PetPooja inventory • Manage vendor payments, petty cash and outlet-level expense control • GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, and coordination with the CA • Monthly P&L; by outlet, plus food-cost % and payroll reports • Support audits and keep documentation ready
