About the Company Avalon Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is a Bengaluru-based real estate company established in 2024. We focus on real estate development and land investments, with a land bank of over 56 acres. We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a solid background in the real estate industry to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS reports.
- Handle vendor payments, invoices,
and expense tracking.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and real estate transactions.
Requirements - B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Real estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
