Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, along with proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, cash books, and bank books.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense statements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
- Assist in monthly financial closing and preparation of reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions for audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and auditors as required.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: 3 years of experience in accounting. Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals may also be considered, depending on company requirements.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP accounting software.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
