Job Summary:

Macpro Business Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee US IT recruitment delivery, and drive account growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT staffing, client management, recruitment delivery, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client accounts and build long-term relationships with US clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely candidate submissions.
- Monitor recruitment delivery, candidate quality, interviews, and placements.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.




- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate additional business.
- Track account performance, recruitment metrics, and delivery reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve recruitment efficiency and meet client expectations.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in US IT staffing, account management, or client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
- Proven experience managing client accounts and recruitment delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience with ATS and VMS platforms is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a rapid-paced environment.
