Role Description

This is a remote, individual contributor role for an Account Manager (AM) at Consulting & Marketing, Inc (CMI).

AM will be responsible for managing all telecom requirements of US business customers, by interpreting their requirements and translating it into AT&T; solutions.

It involves Quote-to-Order, end-to-end Project Management, after-sales Billing and Contract Management.

Collaborate with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement services in stipulated timeline and manage customer account during their lifetime with AT&T.;

Qualifications

- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in US telecom sales or customer account management, preferably with AT&T.;




- Familiarity with telecom, its processes, and products (wireline / wireless).
- Analytical capability to translate technical concepts, interpret data, and provide practical business insights.
- Flexibility to adapt process changes and multi-task by utilizing multiple web-based tools to drive business outcomes.
- Proficient in all MS Office 365 tools and offerings.
- Ability to manage and organize +200 emails daily, prioritize and assign tasks to team and ensure its completion within TAT.
- Effectively communicate over emails, MS Teams and meetings with multiple departments globally.
- MS Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRM experience is highly favored.
- Other IT skills and social media skills are highly favored.
