Domestic Account Manager Recruitment & MSP

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Account Manager who can independently manage client accounts and MSP relationships while remaining actively involved in hands-on recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing enterprise clients such as IQVIA and handling domestic IT hiring requirements from sourcing through closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client accounts and day-to-day MSP relationships.
- Handle client communication, requirements, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Manage administrative and account-related activities, including reports, submissions, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Handle hands-on domestic recruitment and actively work on positions rather than only managing the account.




- Experience working on IT requirements such as IT Project Manager, Infrastructure, Business Analyst, Senior Data Engineer, Tester, and similar technology roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure SLA/KPI requirements are met.
- Act as an individual contributor and take ownership of assigned accounts and requirements.

Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in domestic recruitment and account management.
- Strong experience working with MSP/VMS-driven accounts.
- Experience managing enterprise clients such as IQVIA or similar organizations.
- Solid client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be comfortable with hands-on recruitment and individual contribution.
- Strong understanding of domestic IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- This is not a people-management role; the candidate should be comfortable working independently and managing their own requirements/accounts.
