Position: Manager – Accounts (Manufacturing & Trading)

Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Manager – Accounts (Manufacturing & Trading) in the Park Street Area, Kolkata.

Work Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing concern.
- Must have completed articleship in a manufacturing concern.

Qualifications
- Only CA Graduate.

Notice Period
- Not more than 30 days.

Industry Requirements
- Candidates must be from a manufacturing background.
- Experience in large-sized companies is mandatory.
- Must have working experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare Final Accounts of a large manufacturing concern independently.
2. Prepare Stock Statements.
3. Prepare month-on-month and year-end financial reports.
4. Prepare monthly/quarterly bank, expense, and any ad-hoc MIS reports, as and when required.
5. Prepare expense budget reports and conduct budget vs. actual analysis.
6. Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
7. Ensure all basic internal financial controls are in place for financial transactions,



including appropriate safeguarding of assets.
8. File all Direct & Indirect Tax Returns (Income Tax, GST & TDS).
9. Prepare reconciliations for TDS and GST.
10. Address different tax-related issues under guidance.
11. Ensure timely filing of ROC returns and other compliance requirements.
12. Have good hands-on experience handling Tax, Statutory, and Internal Audits.
13. Ensure compliance with Indian laws, including Professional Tax, Gratuity, PF, ESIC, etc.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
