Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance &

- Accounts Manager who can independently handle the company's complete finance and accounting operations, including banking, taxation, working capital, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage accounting operations and finalisation of accounts.

- Handle Tally Prime (Edit Log), ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.

- Manage banking operations, cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.

- Handle GST, TDS, e-invoicing, e-way bills, returns, and statutory compliance.

- Independently manage GST notices, assessments, and tax-related proceedings.

- Oversee EPF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliance in coordination with HR.

- Handle salary reconciliations, employee advances, and loan recoveries.

- Manage taxation provisions, advance tax, and TDS receivables.

- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and project-wise profitability reports.

- Coordinate with banks, auditors,



tax consultants, customers, and vendors.

- Supervise the accounts team and ensure effective financial controls.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting finalisation, GST, TDS, and banking.

- Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime (Edit Log).

- Positive understanding of working capital, cash flow, and financial reporting.

- Strong analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to independently manage the Finance &
- Accounts Department.

Qualifications &

- Experience:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent. CA / CMA / ACCA preferred.

- Experience: Minimum 6 years; preferably 6–15 years in Finance &
- Accounts.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
