We are looking for a proactive and creative Client Servicing Manager who can manage client relationships, understand brand requirements and drive projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client briefs, business objectives and campaign requirements.
- Develop creative brand solutions aligned with client objectives and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, timelines, deliverables and internal coordination.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Conduct market visits and research to identify new trends, ideas and promotional opportunities.
- Translate market insights and ideas into concepts,



samples and executable solutions.
- Support client presentations, pitch discussions, negotiations and commercial planning.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Promotional Marketing or Consumer Promotions.
- Strong understanding of brand campaigns, marketing and execution processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Solid client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
- A creative mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
