Role Overview

Responsible for reviewing and scrutinising financial transactions, payment, accounting vouchers, and expense claims to ensure accuracy, appropriate accounting treatment, availability of supporting documentation, and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Act as a key financial control checkpoint before management approval or payment processing, identifying unusual transactions, investigating discrepancies, and escalating exceptions to strengthen internal controls.



Also involved in freight cost analysis, bank reconciliation reviews, and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation through Excel-based analysis.
