Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry. The candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting operations, GST filing, TDS returns, sales invoicing, purchase booking, bank reconciliation, and Tally.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales invoices and maintain billing records.
- Handle purchase booking and vendor invoice entries.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle GST return preparation and filing.
- Manage TDS calculations and return filing.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Verify vendor invoices, expense bills, and supporting documents.




- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with monthly closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding accounts.
- MUST BE A GRADUATE
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of GST filing and TDS returns.
- Experience in sales invoicing and purchase booking.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
