Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions for our warehouse operations in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor invoice processing, freight billing, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliation of logistics-related expenses.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions accurately in ETENDO or other accounting software.
- Process vendor invoices related to transportation, warehousing, freight, and logistics operations.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to verify invoices and validate costs.
- Reconcile customer billing with warehouse and logistics operational data
- Monitor payment cycles, outstanding payments, and vendor account discrepancies




- Ensure timely booking of revenues and expenses.
- Prepare transaction summaries and periodic financial reports.
- Maintain proper financial documentation for internal and external audits.
- Perform vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; B.Com preferred.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain accounting preferred.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of ETENDO, SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of GST invoices and vendor billing procedures.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical skills, and coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with hands-on experience in warehouse accounts and logistics finance.
- Experience in freight invoice verification, vendor payments, and operational cost reconciliation.
- Ability to coordinate with warehouse operations and finance teams.
- Willingness to work from the Bhiwandi location.
