Position Summary

Datamini Technologies India Limited is looking for a detail-oriented, diligent, and experienced Accounts Professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, book-keeping, statutory compliances, and accounts receivable/payable management. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in computerized accounting systems (such as Tally/ERP), GST computations, invoicing, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Pass entries for purchase orders, sales invoices, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, contra, and journal entries accurately in Tally or enterprise ERP software. Perform regular bank reconciliations (BRS) across multiple company bank accounts.

2. Billing, Invoicing & Inventory Coordination Generate timely and accurate B2B/B2C tax invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans as per company sales and dispatch guidelines. Coordinate with the sales and purchase departments to resolve billing discrepancies, client pricing issues, or vendor debit/credit notes. Track inventory valuations, material inward/outward records, and coordinate with the store/purchase teams for periodic stock reconciliations.

1. Statutory Compliances & Taxation Handle GST computations,



prepare GSTR filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.), and ensure timely reconciliation of input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2B. Manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) calculations, deposit procedures, and quarterly return filings. Assist internal and external statutory auditors during financial audits, tax audits, and annual stock verifications.

4. Financial Reporting & Miscellaneous Tasks Prepare periodic reports such as Aging Analysis, Debtors/Creditors Ledger Statements, Cash Flow statements, and Expense summaries for management review. Ensure secure filing and archiving of physical and digital financial documents, vouchers, bills, and tax records. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com or MBA-Finance is an added advantage). Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven corporate or manufacturing sector experience handling independent accounting operations.

Technical Skills: o Advanced proficiency in TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). o Familiarity with ERP software platforms and e-Invoicing/e-Way bill portals.

Core Competencies:

Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Thorough understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST laws, and corporate tax compliances. Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
