Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting transactions, maintain records, and support finance operations. Candidate should be B.com / M.com with minimum 4-5 years of experience, preferably in the Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up when required.
- Assist in monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliation.
- Support audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
- Calculation & payment of GST & TDS ensure the returns in time (Must)
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Process payments, reimbursements, and expense reports
- Maintain daily records of project sites

Required Skills:

- Well versed with TALLY, Tally Prime & ERP9
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.




- Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, data entry, reconciliation).
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills & should be proactive
