Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring accurate payments, sums, and records

- Maintaining and organising sales and purchase ledgers, spreadsheets, and notebooks

- Recording and filing cash transactions

- Invoice processing and filing

- Processing expense requests for the accountant s approval

- Performing bank reconciliations

- Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers

- Preparing statutory accounts and daily communications

- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
