Role Summary

We are looking for an Accessory Store Executive with prior experience in an export-oriented garment/home textile factory. The candidate should be capable of handling accessories such as buttons, zippers, polybags, tags, labels, etc., along with accurate receipt, storage, inventory control, and issue of materials to the factory.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive accessories such as buttons, zips, polybags, tags, labels, cartons, etc., as per PO and delivery challans

- Verify quantity, quality, and specifications at the time of receipt

- Properly store accessories with identification, labeling, and segregation

- Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and/or ERP system)

- Issue accessories to production against approved requisitions

- Track daily inward and outward movement of materials

- Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements





- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, in the store

- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and purchase teams

- Ensure zero mismatch, shortages, or excess issues of accessories

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an accessory store in an export manufacturing unit

- Valuable knowledge of garment/home textile accessories

- Experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP preferred)

- Understanding of factory issue procedures and documentation

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
