Monthly Payout: ₹75,000 – ₹95,000

Finplan Edu is looking for an experienced professional to lead academic delivery and business operations, ensuring smooth execution, team accountability, and operational excellence across centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee academic delivery, faculty management, and syllabus completion.
- Manage centre operations, batch schedules, and student experience.
- Lead Academic and Operations teams and monitor departmental performance.
- Track KPIs, MIS reports, fee recovery, and operational compliance.
- Drive process improvements and ensure timely execution of business objectives.
- Conduct regular centre visits to monitor performance and resolve operational challenges.





Ideal Candidate

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in academic management or education operations.
- Robust leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple teams, centres, or educational programmes.
- Data-driven approach with strong knowledge of KPIs, MIS, and SOPs.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to different centres as required.
- Proactive, hands-on, and accountable for outcomes.
