Job Summary

We are looking for an Academic Research Analyst to review scholarly literature, analyze existing research papers, identify research gaps, and organize academic information to support research projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review research papers, journals, and conference publications related to specific research topics.
- Search academic databases such as Google Scholar and IEEE Xplore.
- Analyze existing studies and identify research gaps and relevant findings.
- Organize research information under appropriate topics and headings.
- Prepare structured research analysis documents with references.
- Ensure accuracy, relevance,



and proper documentation of research sources.
- Support the research team in organizing literature and technical information.

Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech, ME/MTech, or PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 75% academic score.
- Solid analytical and research skills.
- Knowledge of academic databases and research paper structures.
- Proficiency in MS Word and document formatting.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in academic research or literature review.
- Familiarity with IEEE, Springer, Scopus-indexed publications, and Google Scholar.
- Ability to organize complex information systematically.
