Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and student-focused Academic Mentors to support students preparing for NEET, JEE, and Board examinations. The role involves monitoring students' academic progress, conducting regular assessments, providing academic guidance, and ensuring a disciplined and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor students' academic progress and provide individual guidance to improve performance.
- Conduct and coordinate Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), classwork exercises, and regular assessments.
- Track students' attendance, academic performance, and participation in learning activities.
- Identify students who require additional academic support and coordinate with faculty members to address their needs.
- Assist students in developing effective study plans, time management skills, and exam preparation strategies.
- Coordinate with faculty members to ensure the effective implementation of academic schedules and learning plans.
- Maintain academic records, assessment reports, and student performance data.
- Support students in resolving academic difficulties and motivate them to achieve their learning goals.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to institutional rules and regulations.
- Communicate with parents and relevant academic teams regarding student progress, whenever required.
- Contribute to creating a supportive, structured, and result-oriented learning environment.





Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a relevant discipline.
- Strong interest in student mentoring and academic support.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in academic mentoring, teaching, or student counselling will be an added advantage.

Work Requirements
- Willingness to work according to the assigned academic schedule.
- Willingness to work in a residential or day-scholar setup, depending on the assigned centre.
- Ability to support students preparing for competitive examinations such as NEET and JEE, along with Board examinations.
- Flexibility to work in a structured academic environment and support student-related activities as required.
