About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our team at Learners Note, an online tutoring platform based in Thrissur. This role focuses on inside sales, student engagement, and admissions. The selected candidate will interact with students and parents in the UAE, helping them understand our services and choose suitable online learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students and parents in the UAE to introduce our online tutoring platform and explain our services.
- Provide explicit information about available syllabi, subjects, grade levels, courses, and fee structures.
- Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process and assist with enrollment formalities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Understand students’ academic needs and recommend suitable learning programmes.




- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an educational background is preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, inside sales, admissions, or customer engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in sales, student counseling, and achieving targets.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
- A proactive attitude and a student-focused approach.

Working Hours The working schedule will be either 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM or the organisation’s regular working hours, depending on operational requirements.

Salary

₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
