Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, and learning solutions.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Connect with prospective students and parents through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain course features, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive counselling experience.
- Achieve assigned counselling, conversion, and enrollment targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and support them throughout the enrollment process.

Requirements




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
