Job Purpose We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Academic Counselor with a background in study abroad and test preparation. In this role, you will lead student counseling, manage sales conversions, and drive academic operations for our high-demand international programs—specifically targeting IELTS, TOEFL, and GRE aspirants alongside our Open-Source Software (OSS) portfolios.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales, Admissions & Study Abroad Counseling

- Lead Conversion: Pitch, consult, and convert inbound inquiries into enrollments for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and international tech training courses.
- Student Profiling: Assess student academic profiles, career aspirations, and financial backgrounds to suggest optimal test prep tracks and global study destinations.
- International Pipeline: Engage effectively with both national and international candidates via calls, emails, and CRM platforms to achieve monthly admissions targets.
- Database Management:



Systematically track lead pipelines and student documents using CRM software.

2. Academic Counselor & Faculty Management

- Batch Scheduling: Plan and organize mock tests, physical/virtual classroom schedules, and batch timelines ensuring zero overlaps.
- Trainer Alignment: Coordinate with expert faculty and certified trainers for specialized modules across international time zones.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor student progress through diagnostics, handle attendance logs, and address any grievances regarding study materials or platform access.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven sales, counseling, or coordination experience in an EdTech company specializing in Study Abroad, Test Prep (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE), or Tech Training.
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written English. Must be highly confident in speaking with international leads and high-profile students.
- Industry Domain Knowledge: Solid familiarity with international education pathways, exam structures (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE bands/scoring), and basic tech course vocabulary.
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time out of our office setup in Janakpuri, New Delhi.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
