Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Sales)

Location: Mankavu, Kozhikode

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our growth team in Mankavu, Kozhikode. In this role, you will act as a trusted educational advisor—connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, guiding them toward the right learning programs, and securing course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Consultation & Sales: Reach out to qualified leads via phone calls and WhatsApp to introduce relevant educational programs and convert prospects into active enrollments.
- Academic Guidance: Assess prospective students' skill levels and career ambitions to recommend tailored course packages, clear doubts, and handle sales objections effectively.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an organized lead funnel, schedule routine follow-ups,



and log conversion metrics using CRM platforms and MS Excel.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily call quotas, maintain high outreach standards, and hit monthly enrollment benchmarks.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
- Language Skills: Native/Fluent speaker in Malayalam with functional working knowledge of English.
- Experience: Prior experience in educational counseling, inside sales, telesales, or business development is preferred.
- Key Skills: Confident verbal communication, robust closing skills, target-oriented attitude, and basic proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
