Job Title: Sales & Admission Counsellor

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, explain courses and programs, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details and provide accurate information about the institution.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update the admission database.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing, counselling, and sales abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle student queries and follow up regularly.
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Experience: fresher or experienced in sales, counselling, telecalling, or education admissions. Salary: As per industry standards, based on skills and experience.
