Rays Education is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide students and parents in selecting suitable academic programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel parents about available courses, programs, and admission procedures.

- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

- Provide detailed information about courses, fee structures, and admission requirements.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.

- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

- Participate in promotional activities, admission campaigns, and educational events.





- Ensure a positive counselling experience and high levels of student and parent satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, academic counselling, or a related field.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to achieve targets and work in a performance-driven environment.

- Positive follow-up and lead conversion skills.

- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

- Previous experience in the education sector is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
