Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Academic Assistant – PSC to support the academic team in delivering quality coaching and ensuring effective learning for students preparing for Kerala PSC examinations. The candidate will assist faculty, coordinate academic activities, monitor student progress, and ensure the smooth functioning of academic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist faculty in planning and coordinating Kerala PSC coaching sessions.
- Support the preparation, collection, and distribution of study materials, notes, and practice questions.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and participation.
- Coordinate mock tests, examinations, assessments, and revision sessions.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of question banks and academic resources.
- Clarify basic student queries and coordinate with faculty for subject-related support.
- Ensure timely communication of class schedules, examination updates, and academic announcements.
- Maintain academic records, student performance reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support students in maintaining consistency and achieving their learning goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Solid interest in Kerala PSC and other competitive examinations.
- Candidates with prior Kerala PSC preparation or familiarity with the Kerala PSC syllabus will be preferred.
- Candidates who have cleared PSC examinations or secured a rank in relevant rank lists will have an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good Malayalam language skills; English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support students and faculty.

Preferred Experience
- Freshers with a strong interest in competitive examinations may apply.
- Previous experience in academic coordination, teaching assistance, or competitive exam coaching will be an advantage.
