3DCS- Tolerance Stack up Analyst:

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform dimensional analysis and support quality control processes to ensure product compliance.
- Develop and manage tolerance stacks to verify fit and functional integrity.
- Interpret and review engineering drawings and specifications for design compliance.
- Support simulation activities to validate process, design, tooling, and structural integrity.
- Build and maintain 3DCS tolerance simulation/analysis models.
- Collaborate with customers, onsite and plant teams to develop GD&T; standards.
- Apply tolerance stack analysis methods such as:
- Worst-Case Analysis
- Root Sum Squared (RSS) Analysis

- Monte Carlo Simulation
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to resolve dimensional issues and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Document simulation processes,



assumptions, and results in detail.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in dimensional engineering or tolerance analysis.
- Proficiency in 3DCS, Catia V5, GD&T;, and tolerance stack methodologies.
- Solid understanding of engineering drawings, CAD tools, and quality systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an automotive or manufacturing environment is preferred.
