: 3D Visualizer / Architectural Rendering Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a 3D Visualizer to convert architectural and interior design information into hyper-photorealistic images for our real estate projects. You will work directly with the reporting manager on visualization and revisions, and support daily AutoCAD drafting as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create hyper-photorealistic exterior, interior and amenity renders from architectural drawings, design briefs and material specifications.
- Build accurate 3D models in Revit and 3ds Max, and set up lighting, materials, cameras and scenes for final output.
- Apply close attention to light, shadows, textures and detail to deliver marketing-grade visuals.
- Work closely with the reporting manager to interpret design intent and turn around revisions quickly.
- Post-process renders in Photoshop to the final presentation standard.
- Assist with daily AutoCAD drafting, drawing updates and file coordination when required.
- Maintain organised project files, libraries, asset and version control.
- Prepare presentation material and documentation in Microsoft Office as needed.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in architectural or real estate visualization.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max and AutoCAD.
- Hands-on expertise in a skilled rendering engine such as Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Attendance in office every working day. Work from home is not permitted.
