1. 3D Landscape &

- Exterior Visualization:

- Collaborate directly with landscape designers to interpret 2D CAD layouts (master plans, grading levels, planting schemes) into detailed 3D scenes.

- Model hardscape elements, outdoor civil features, pergolas, retaining walls, stepped decks, water features, paving patterns, and realistic terrain slopes.

- Populate environments with accurate foliage, trees, shrubs, and groundcovers using Blender asset libraries, Geometry Nodes, or scattering systems.

- Set up realistic daylighting, golden hour, and dusk/night lighting schemes to produce eye-catching aerial (bird's-eye) and human-eye perspectives in Cycles/Eevee.

2. 2D Master Plan Renders &

- Presentation Graphics:

- Generate clean, high-resolution top-down orthogonal master plan renders directly from CAD layouts and 3D models.

- Add artistic finishes, subtle drop shadows, soft watercolor washes, textures (grass, paving, water), and scale figures in Photoshop for client concept boards.

- Create diagrammatic site sketches, section-elevation renders, and design evolution graphics.

3. Marketing &

- Pitch Collaterals:

- Assist the design and business development team with marketing brochures, company portfolio updates, project showcase slides, and pitch decks.

- Produce short camera fly-throughs, site walk-through clips,



and turnaround animation loops for digital presentations and social channels.

- Ensure consistent brand aesthetic, layout clean-up, and graphic presentation across all outgoing project proposals.

Candidate Profile &

- Skills:

- Experience: 2–5 years of visualization experience in landscape architecture, exterior architecture, or real estate design.

- Primary Software:

- Blender: Strong command of hard-surface modeling, terrain setup, realistic PBR materials, foliage distribution, and rendering.

- Photoshop / Illustrator: Excellent post-processing, color grading, and 2D master plan rendering skills.

- 2D CAD (ZWCAD / AutoCAD): Ability to import, scale, clean up, and read landscape layouts, contour levels, and detail sheets.

- Familiarity with 3ds Max / V-Ray is a welcome plus.

- Design Sensibility:

- Strong eye for composition, architectural scale, outdoor lighting balance, textures, and graphic layout.

- Positive understanding of tropical/subtropical trees, shrubs, and outdoor hardscape finishes.

- Portfolio Requirement: Must submit a portfolio (Behance, ArtStation, PDF, or Google Drive) demonstrating exterior/landscape 3D renders, top-down plan renders, and presentation graphics.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
