Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Revit Architectural and Structural Modeler with 2–5 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM). The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D architectural and structural models using Autodesk Revit, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with project standards and BIM requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Modeling

- Develop and maintain 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and detailed drawings.
- Model walls, doors, windows, floors, roofs, stairs, ceilings, and other architectural elements.
- Prepare architectural schedules, annotations, dimensions, and construction documentation.
- Interpret architectural design drawings, CAD drawings, and project specifications.
- Develop and manage Revit families and parametric components as required.

Structural Modeling
- Develop 3D structural models using Revit Structure.
- Model structural elements, including foundations, footings, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and structural framing.
- Prepare structural plans, sections, elevations, and reinforcement details where required.
- Coordinate architectural and structural models to identify and resolve clashes.
- Understand structural drawings and coordinate with structural engineers to address discrepancies.
- Maintain model accuracy and consistency with approved structural design drawings.

BIM Coordination and Documentation
- Perform architectural and structural model coordination.
- Identify and report clashes and discrepancies between disciplines.
- Work with Navisworks for clash detection and model review,



where required.
- Maintain project-specific BIM standards, naming conventions, worksets, and model organization.
- Support the preparation of construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models.
- Update models based on design revisions and coordination comments.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, BIM coordinators, and other project team members.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture and/or Revit Structure.
- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling, BIM workflows, and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with Revit families, worksharing, worksets, and model linking.
- Understanding of architectural and structural coordination principles.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, clash detection, and BIM coordination is an advantage.
- Positive communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate models within project timelines.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP) and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 BIM standards.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Dynamo or other BIM automation tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
