Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.)
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Run paid ad campaigns and optimize performance (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field




- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Robust knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in travel, hospitality, or service industry
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Video editing skills (Reels/Shorts creation)
