Job Summary

A Business Relationship Executive (Export) is responsible for managing and developing relationships with international clients, supporting export sales activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments for export orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

- Maintain robust relationships with existing international clients.
- Respond to client queries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

2. Export Sales Support

- Assist the sales team in identifying new international business opportunities.
- Prepare export quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with overseas clients for orders and payments.

3. Order Processing & Coordination

- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track export orders from confirmation to shipment.
- Update clients on order progress and shipment details.

4. Documentation





- Prepare and maintain export documentation such as:

- Commercial Invoice

- Packing List

- Shipping Bill

- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

- Certificate of Origin

5. Market Development

- Research international markets and potential clients.
- Support participation in international trade shows or exhibitions.
- Help expand export sales in targeted regions.

6. Compliance

- Ensure export procedures comply with government regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents when required.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work with international clients across time zones

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
