As a Japanese Language Expert / Infrastructure Specialist, you will act as a project-based subject matter expert, providing technical analysis, documenting solutions, creating diagrams for hand-off, and delivering timely resolutions. This is a hands-on role where your understanding of the interaction between systems and their environments will help drive successful client outcomes.
Test, modify, automate, and integrate systems to improve performance and operational efficiency.
Participate in long-term IT infrastructure planning and support operational execution.
Assess technical feasibility, timelines, and risks during the early stages of projects.
Work closely with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to project success through problem-solving, innovation, and technical expertise.
Build strong client relationships, delivering high-quality support and becoming a trusted advisor.
Continuously enhance skills through certifications and career development opportunities.

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Professional Experience
At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or technical setting.
Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in IT systems, including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Experienced in handling client communication and negotiations.
Excellent in Japanese skills both translation and interpretation
Proven hands-on experience in SCRUM or Project Management.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, databases, or programming languages is a plus.
Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira).

Preferred Professional Experience
Certifications in Japanese language proficiency JLPT N2 or above
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
Experience in working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural team is preferred.
Knowledge of Mainframe domain.
