Role : Salesforce Data 360 & Agentforce SpecialistLocation : Pune (Hybrid)Experience : 4 - 8 yearsEmployment Type : Full TimeJob Description : We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce specialist with expertise in Data 360 (Data Cloud) and Agentforce Studio/Builder to develop, configure, and deploy AI-powered agent solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Build and maintain zero-copy connections between Databricks and Salesforce Data 360, collaborating with data engineers on current data products.- Configure data access, permission sets, and Data Spaces with the CRM architect.- Configure Coworker Skills and build custom agents, actions, prompts, and flows in Agentforce Studio.- Develop usage and value dashboards to monitor adoption and business impact.- Deploy tested solutions from UAT to Production and monitor credit consumption.- Document solution architecture, configurations,



and implementation processes.- Support future development of Salesforce Voice Agents.Must-Have Skills : - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).- Experience with Agentforce Studio/Builder.- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, Flows, permission models, reports, and dashboards.- API integration experience.- Good English communication skills.Good to Have : - Understanding of end-to-end agentic AI architecture, from data pipelines to agent development.- Knowledge of MCP, Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integration, RAG, and tool/action design.- Databricks and SQL experience.- Agentforce Specialist or Data Cloud Consultant certification.- Exposure to Agentforce Voice and Tableau Next (ref:hirist.tech)
