About the Operations Team

From the initial Sales consultation and the high-touch guidance of our Concierge service
to the rapid-response Customer Support that keeps homeowners on track, this team
ensures smooth processes, accurate billing, and top-notch care. At Houzeo,



we're looking for a Customer Success Analyst who's ready to take ownership
of our most high-impact accounts. If you're proactive, empathetic, and love building
