Job Description:- Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments across development, testing, and production.- Ensure platform reliability, security, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and support.- Implement and enforce platform governance, environment standards, and security policies.- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes.- Automate platform operations, deployments, monitoring, and routine administrative tasks.- Troubleshoot platform, integration, and performance-related issues.- Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and compliance requirements.- Support integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, and shared platform components.- Coordinate release management, deployment activities, and change implementations.- Collaborate with developers, architects, business teams, and external stakeholders to support platform enhancements and new implementations.- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and operational best practices.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in Finance and Supply Chain Management environments.- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform administration, environment management,
