We're looking for someone who takes ownership end-to-end — from understanding hiring needs to closing top talent and building strong client relationships.

Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and product hiring
Hire across Engineering, Product, Data, Design, and leadership roles
Build solid talent pipelines for product-based startups and tech companies
Use AI tools and modern sourcing techniques to improve recruiter productivity and candidate quality
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
Experience hiring for product-based companies/startups
Comfortable working in a fully remote setup
Experience working in fast-growing startup environments is a big plus
