About the job
The job holder will be responsible for generating sales and maintaining relationships with recent and existing customers, reaching the targets and goals set for the month, and establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base; following up on the database/leads provided by the company.
Key responsibilities:

1. Convert leads into sales opportunities and successfully close deals.
2. Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key customer personnel.
3. Manage customer operations, servicing, and retention activities.
4. Drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
5. Track, analyze, and report business performance at defined intervals to the reporting authority. Skill(s) required
