Manage, lead, and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly targets.
Drive patient appointments, OPD bookings, teleconsultations, and healthcare service enquiries.
Monitor daily calling performance, follow-ups, team productivity, and conversions.
Train telesales executives to improve communication, customer engagement, and sales performance.
Maintain CRM records, calling reports, and performance dashboards.
Coordinate with marketing and hospital operations teams for effective lead management.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales performance reports for management.

an MBA in Sales or Marketing will be preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales team management.
- Healthcare or hospital industry experience will be an advantage.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Ability to achieve targets and improve team performance.

Competitive salary of 20,000–30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
