Product Management, Engineering, Policy, Shipping, Finance, and Design.- Raise the Analytical Bar : Provide thought leadership and analytical guidance to other data scientists.Requirements : - BA/BS degree with 8 - 12 years (or Masters/PhD with 6+ years) of relevant experience.- Strong proficiency in analytical and quantitative methods, programming (Python/R), and data querying (SQL).- Exceptional ability to structure highly ambiguous, cross-functional problems.- Proven ability to lead multiple complex analytical workstreams simultaneously.- Strong ability to evaluate trade-offs across customer experience, risk, operational complexity, and financial impact.- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex insights simply and influence senior executives.- Flexible and capable of working remotely across multiple time zones. Regular availability is required for meetings between 9 : 00 AM and 12 : 00 PM (PDT).Preferred Qualifications : - Significant experience in marketplace Trust, Risk, fraud, transaction risk, or related domains.- Experience developing enterprise-scale measurement or decision frameworks.- Experience with Natural Language Processing, machine learning, or LLM/GenAI is a plus.
